What are the minimum system requirements to
view the training?
To offer you the full user experience for each of the course modules, at a minimum
your computer must have:
- 256 Mb RAM
- Windows 98 or higher (XP recommended)
- High-speed Internet access (cable/DSL)
- Macromedia Flash 7 or higher – download for free
- Adobe Reader 6.0 or higher (to view many links and exercises and print your certificate
of completion) –
download for free
- 1024 x 768 monitor resolution
- Internet Explorer 5 or Mozilla/Navigator 6 or higher
- Java Script enabled
- Pop-up blocker disabled
- Pentium processor or equivalent
I see the audio player on some pages, but I do
not hear anything. Why not?
Any page that includes an audio player in the lower right-hand corner is streaming
audio in the Windows Media format. In order to hear the audio, you will need to
have a recent version of the free Windows Media Player.
The interactive form 990 is not functioning properly.
Why not?
The interactive form 990 uses Flash movies embedded in a PDF file. Users running
Acrobat Reader version 7 and Flash Player version 8 may not see the Flash movies
in the PDF file. If you experience this problem, download the latest versions ofFlash Player
and Acrobat Reader.
